Sheila Patricia Kwamboka, also known simply as Sheila, was a Big Brother Africa housemate. She represented Kenya in the program during the third season, becoming the fourth housemate to be evicted on Day 49 after receiving 10/13 votes to remove. She later returned to the show for the fifth season, when she was sent to the barn on Day 42, then returned to the main house on Day 77 after getting 8/15 votes to return. On Day 91, she finished fifth after collecting 0/15 votes to win.

The Kenyan is a former television reporter who is now studying international relations. She considers herself as a 'people person,' and she is proud of the fact that she embraces her flaws. When questioned, she admits to having a poor tendency of making jokes at the expense of others. When asked about the finest advice she's ever received, Sheila says her teachers at school always reminded her, "You have potential." Sheila would spend her winnings of $100,000 on purchasing a home for her parents and establishing a marketing firm.
