Jimmy Gait, a gospel artist turned businessman, recently made inappropriate statements about the plight of Kenyan women in the Middle East. Jimmy Gait claimed he had never heard of Kenyan men being mistreated apparently because 'they don't sleep with their bosses' wives,' especially in light of tales on the horrible experience that these women face at the hands of their heartless employers.
Kenyans reacted quickly on Twitter, exposing holes in his views that indicated abused women had been seducing married men in the Middle East. Some people were upset with Mediamax for bringing the artist to their studios.
