Dr. Patricia Kingori is a Kenyan-born British scholar who is the youngest woman in Oxford University's 925-year history to be appointed as a full professor. The professor of Global Health Ethics holds the distinction for being the youngest Black professor at an Oxbridge college and the youngest woman to have a full professorship at an Ivy League institution. Only one percent of the 21,000 full professors employed at UK universities are black.
